With their own production facility in Germany they grow, process and distribute their products across pharmacies and as white-label solutions to supplement companies. The challenge was making their quality product visible in a market where cheaper, pond-grown alternatives dominate the shelf.

While science is the driving factor behind Algomed, it didn't qualify as a standalone positioning. Well-established players already own that space. On the other end, multiple lifestyle brands sell cheaper alternatives produced outside of Europe. Therefore, we positioned Algomed at the intersection: A premium product backed by real science, made accessible enough to reach health-conscious consumers who aren't biologists.
