The Puzzlers was built on curiosity, a trait that has guided both founders from the start.

Carolin studied software engineering, co-founded the company at 21, and found herself in C-level meetings within two years, navigating complex branding and software projects for mid-sized businesses. Damian's path ran from professional kitchens through business school into design studios.

Over the years their curiosity turned into an obsession with details and the drive to turn good into great. To do so, they took another leap and expanded their company to Bali where ‘The Puzzlers Studio’ drives creative and brand development while Berlin leads strategy and software development.

In kitchens, you learn precision and service. In business, you learn strategy. In design, you learn how to communicate. These aren't separate worlds. They're present in every business. Now put technology into the mix, and you have everything a modern brand needs.
